Description

This course builds on foundational yoga practices to further develop strength, flexibility, balance, and body awareness. Students will engage in moderately paced sequences incorporating a variety of postures, breathwork, and relaxation techniques, with an emphasis on proper alignment and mindful movement. Designed for individuals with prior yoga experience or completion of a beginner-level course.Pre req PE120
